1. Cook rice 2. Slice tofu, green onion, regular onion, cabbage (or shungiku), shiitake mushrooms, and carrots (not too small) 3. Boil water and add a packet of dashi powder 4. Stir in shirataki noodles in addition to the veggies 5. make sauce: 200 mL dashi, 100 mL soy sauce, 100 mL sake, 3 tbsp sugar 6. apply butter to the pan 7. stir fry the onions with just some of the meat (for flavor absorption into onions) 8. once the onions are transparent add the remaining veggies and konyaku and pour in the sauce 9. add thin slices of beef and cook until they brown 10. whip raw egg in a bowl 11. serve the pot and eat with the egg and rice ![[PXL_20260102_100213940.jpg|300]]
